Welcome to U3A Upper North Region
The Upper North region covers mainly the Local Government areas of Hornsby and Ku-ring-gai. Courses are held in the suburbs of Berowra, Castle Hill, Epping, Eastwood, Gordon, Hornsby, Killara, Lindfield, Pennant Hills, Pymble, St Ives, Turramurra, Wahroonga, and Waitara.

Another fabulous year of courses and events run by U3A is coming to a close. The 2018 Course and Events Book will be ready in the middle of January. A copy will be sent to all members and will be available on the website

Life Membership for Lesley Goldberg
We are pleased to announce that Lesley Goldberg who has worked tirelessly for U3A for many years was awarded Life Membership at the recent Sydney AGM on the 22nd March.
She joined U3A in 1997 and served on the Upper North Committee as Secretary from 2002-2005, and then as Publicity Officer and Editor of the Upper North Newsletter until 2014. She also compiled a ten-page history of UNR. She still serves as a Venue Convenor at Hornsby and until recently was in charge of commissioning all the speakers for the very successful Australian History Seminars held at Hornsby Library.
